In the El Lobo Valley comes a very special high-quality wine and culinary operation. Beyond the beauty, the passion here is to create the greatest quality of wine from the special terroir of the valley.
The soil is predominately clay, combined with silt, limestone and gravel. This valley is a micro-climate, with lower elevation, hotter days, colder nights, no hail and organic farming. They only select their very best grapes, sometimes no grapes at all if they are not good enough. This winery is passionate about quality."
