Canyon AVA. This little canyon appellation produces
some super amazing Syrah. It is almost as if the
winemakers can cover their eyes and tie up their
hands and they still make the great Syrah because
the terroir is so good. The truth though is there are
very talented winemakers here because they want to
make top-level Syrah. And they do.”
